I read your topic of the low of م but couldn't understand what it was. Then I asked Egptian Girl on the line. She gave me an answer that "There is 'sura' in the Quran which starts with اقرأ 'means read'." اِقْرَأْ is The imperative singular male form is اِقْرَأْ .It means "read (for male)" as a order form. Intinitive is قَرَأَ
(He read) non past 3rd singular.

I check your link, hmm I don't know exactly what those courses are called, but they are used for practicing Quran reading
there are reading courses like that
they start with single letters and then move to words and phrases ...etc
iqra means read (imperative) اِقْرَأْ
but I don't know if there is something like those courses called Iqra
